A list of frequently asked questions

  • Why do I need to set up an account when I purchase a program?

    In order to access whatever program(s) you've purchased you need to have an account set up in order to "log in" and access it.

  • What do I need to access the programs?

    You'll require an internet connection along with a device to view the program on (phone (Android or iOS), tablet, laptop, computer) as all of the programs are provided and accessible online. Once you've completed the payment process for a module, course, subscription etc. you'll be able to log in and access the programs that you've purchased and registered for immediately. Your "dashboard" will show you what you have purchased, what programs you have completed along with any you are currently working on.

  • Do the programs expire?

    Some of the programs may have an expiry but most don't. While we cannot guarantee the future, the programs without an expiry will be accessible to you for as long as they exist on the Pro Aging Programs site (which we hope is a long, long, long time!). You can log in from wherever you are, anytime to continue working through a program, doing a workout, reading a module etc.

  • Can I pause, stop, fast forward or rewind through audio and/or video lessons?

    Many women find that the audio doesn't allow them to fully read through the entire content, or that the video or presentations move too quickly for them to be able to really digest the information and/or read through it all on their own. If that's the case - no problem! You can always pause and replay audio as needed to allow you time to go through the content. You can always pause a video presentation to read through the slides or text and take as long as you need, and then press play when you're ready to proceed. If you're coming back into the course part way through a lesson or a presentation you can use the scroll bar at the bottom of the video player using your mouse or screen (depending on what device you're viewing it from) to back up in the video or move forward to the spot you left off at in the video.

  • Are the programs offered in any other languages?

    Not at this time. At present the programs are only available in English.

  • How do the programs work? Is there a time limit to complete them?

    At present the programs are set up for you to work at your own pace. As you complete each program, course or module, course progress screens let you know how much you've finished and how much is yet to complete. You can complete a program, module or course in a day or you can take months to complete it - it's totally up to you!

  • If you change or upgrade a program will I have purchase it again in order to access it?

    No! If we upgrade, change, tweak or add more content to any of our programs, you'll receive the new program at a fraction of the cost vs. purchasing it again.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Due to the digital nature of these programs and courses, and the fact that digital content can't be returned, all purchases are non-refundable. Please read the details and description of each course/program to understand exactly what you are buying. It's like registering for a college course. If you register with the intent to learn, but don't show up, the school doesn't give you a refund. Same rules apply here. We're completely invested in making sure you have the best experience possible, so please email us with any questions

  • Do you offer support if I have a question or need assistance?
